Saturday - 9:00 a. m. - 6:00 p. m. Sunday - 9:00 a. m. - 5:00 p. m.
FESTIVAL RULES

All
spaces cost $100.00 and measure 12 feet x 10 feet. If you need more
space you must pay for 2 spaces.

Nails may not be driven into trees. This site is a County Park, which we
rent for 1 week.

You must follow the County rules posted in the Park. There is no level
ground as in a
mall show

The Screening Committee will screen applications as they are received,
acceptance letters go out after June 1st.

Tents and canopies are permitted. Trailers which are no more than 1 axle
and detach from your vehicle may be parked behind your exhibit if space
permits. You may not intrude into any other exhibitor’s space and you must
not impede the smooth flow of traffic.
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL SITE BY 8:00 A.M. SATURDAY.

An
accepted application is a commitment to show unless you are notified
otherwise. Refunds will be made up to two (2) weeks before the show.

First time exhibitors are required to send two (2) photographs depicting
your work and one (1) showing your setup. These photos become the property
of Paulding Festivals, Inc. and will not be returned.

Displays may be set up after
12:00
noon
on Thursday, September 9th.
PLEASE
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SET UP BEFORE THAT TIME. IF THIS HAPPENS, YOU WILL BE ASK
TO BREAK DOWN AND LEAVE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE
IN
THE FESTIVAL.
All displays must be set up by 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning, and all motorized
vehicles must be out of the Festival area.
No
cars, campers, or RV’s will be allowed to stay in the show area during the
Festival hours. You may only leave 1 trailer behind your booth if there is
space, and you do not block any other Exhibitors space.

All
work entered must be for sale. The Artist must be present.

Each exhibitor will be responsible for his/her own sales. There is no
commission charge.

Exhibitors are responsible for reporting sales tax. Paulding County sales
tax is seven cents. (7¢)

Exhibitors must remain with displays and must show both days of the
Festival.
NO DISPLAYS MAY BE REMOVED BEFORE THE FESTIVAL CLOSES ON SUNDAY.
YOU MAYNOT BREAK DOWN YOUR EXHIBIT AND START TO PACK UP BEFORE 5:00 P.M. ON
SUNDAY.
