• No merchandise may be sold outside the exhibit area you have rented.
• You may not sub-let or share your booth without approval of the Exhibit Chairperson.

• You may show and sell only those items you have accurately described on your application.  If you change or add to your described items, you must notify the Exhibit Committee ten days prior to the Festival for approval.

• Antiques and collectibles will be accepted.
• All items must be hand crafted and the artist must be present.  No commercial or flea market items will be accepted.  No manufactured, imported items will be accepted.  You may not sell crafted items you have purchased elsewhere. 
• The Festival Exhibit Chairperson shall have the sole discretion to require the removal of items which violate any of the Festival rules.  Please exhibit only those items in good taste for a family type show.
• Security will be provided and all reasonable care will be exercised, but Paulding Festivals, cannot be held liable or responsible for loss or damage to work or for injury to any persons participating.
• Camping spaces are available, but there are no hook-ups or electricity available.  First come – first served.
• No one will be allowed to change booth spaces after they have been assigned.
• This show is by invitation only.  Once you are accepted in our Festival, we consider you to be our guest.  If your actions, (rudeness, speech, behavior) become offensive to any member of Paulding Festivals, or to any other exhibitor, we will not accept you in our shows in the future.
• Electricity is very limited.
